Bring a Friend Day at BMF Training: Know Someone Who Wants to Get Healthier but Doesn't Know Where to Start?
One of the biggest challenges in fitness isn't finding information.
It's knowing where to start.
Many people want to get healthier, stronger, lose body fat, have more energy, or simply feel better. But between work, family, stress, and busy schedules, fitness often gets pushed to the bottom of the priority list.
That's exactly why we're hosting our next Bring a Friend Day at BMF Training.
πΊπΈ Saturday, July 4th at 9:00 AM πΊπΈ
This event is designed for members to bring a friend, family member, coworker, spouse, or anyone who has been thinking about improving their health but hasn't taken that first step.
Whether they're completely new to fitness or looking to get back into a routine, this is a great opportunity to experience what training at BMF is all about.
