The BMF Youth Athletic Development Camp is designed to help kids build confidence, athleticism, strength, coordination, and healthy habits in a fun, structured, and positive environment.

Whether your child already plays sports or simply needs a healthy and engaging summer activity, our program helps kids move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence that carries into sports, school, and life.

At BMF Training, we focus on foundational strength and conditioning principles that transfer to ALL sports while helping kids develop a lifelong positive relationship with exercise and fitness.

No prior training experience is required.

What Kids Will Learn

Each session is designed to keep kids engaged while helping them improve athletically in a safe and encouraging environment.

Flexible week-to-week options are available for families traveling during summer.

Limited Spots Available

To maintain a high level of coaching and individual attention, sessions are limited to just 12 athletes per group.

Spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Does my child need sports experience?

No. This program is beginner friendly and designed for mixed skill levels.

What should my child bring?

Please bring:

  • Water bottle

  • Athletic clothing

  • Athletic shoes

  • Sunscreen/sunblock if needed

Some training may take place outdoors.

Is this sport-specific?

No. We focus on foundational athletic development that improves performance in nearly every sport and activity.

Can we sign up week-to-week?

Yes. We offer flexible weekly enrollment options as well as a discounted full 4-week package.

Will kids be separated by age?

Depending on enrollment, groups may be divided by age and skill level to ensure the best experience for everyone.
