What is the Healthy Habits Nutrition Kickstart?
The Healthy Habits Nutrition Kickstart is a 6-week habit-based program designed to help you build consistency, structure, and momentum with your health and fitness. Instead of doing everything at once, we stack one new habit each week so the changes are realistic, sustainable, and effective.
This program focuses on habits that actually move the needle — not extreme dieting or workouts.
When does the Kickstart begin and how long does it last?
The Kickstart runs for 6 weeks, starting January 12.
Each week, we introduce one new habit while continuing the habits from previous weeks.
Who is this program for?
This program is for:
Current BMF members
Non-members who want accountability and structure
Anyone restarting after time off
People who feel stuck, inconsistent, or overwhelmed
Those who want better results without burnout
You do not need to be training at BMF to join.
What habits will we be focusing on?
Over the 6 weeks, we’ll focus on the following habits:
1 hour of movement per day
Eat at least 100g of protein per day
No alcohol
Sleep 7+ hours per night
Drink 64 oz of water per day
Each habit will come with clear education, tips, and action steps so you know exactly how to implement it.
Do I need to follow a specific diet?
No. This is not a meal plan or restrictive diet.
We focus on:
Eating enough protein
Building balanced meals
Creating habits you can maintain long-term
The goal is progress, not perfection.
Do I need to work out at BMF to participate?
No. You can complete the Kickstart from anywhere.
If you train at BMF, the habits will complement your training.
If you don’t, we’ll still help you stay active and consistent.
What does “1 hour of movement” mean?
Movement can include:
Strength training
Conditioning
Walking
Mobility work
Active recovery
It doesn’t need to be intense every day. The goal is daily movement, not daily exhaustion.
What kind of support will I receive?
You’ll receive:
A private accountability group
Weekly habit breakdowns and guides
Coaching tips and reminders
Group support and encouragement
Practical strategies to stay on track
You won’t be doing this alone.
What if I miss a day or fall off?
That’s expected — and part of the process.
This challenge is about building awareness and consistency, not being perfect. If you miss a day, we help you get back on track without guilt.

How much does the Kickstart cost?
The total cost is $99 for all 6 weeks.

Six weeks is long enough to:

But short enough to stay focused and avoid burnout. Many participants continue these habits long after the program ends.
